Oracle licenses GoldenGate based on the CPU count of the source database that is replicated. Starting from version 12.3 of OGG the Extract process logs in the error log the information about cores on the sources.Every time the Extract process is started it will log the number of cores on the source:

OGG version 12.2 and earlier did not log such information explicitly.
Look like somebody wanted to use too much licenses 😉
